These terms cover the use of this website and the general basis on which Smart Global IT provides design, development and support services.
Projects and quotes
Every engagement is governed by the written scope and quote we agree with you. That document sets out the deliverables, the schedule, the payment milestones and the revision rounds included.
Work begins once the quote is accepted and the first milestone payment is received.
Ownership
On final payment, ownership of the delivered code and design files transfers to you. We retain the right to describe the work publicly and to show it in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Liability
We take care to deliver work that is secure and fit for purpose, but our liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
