Taking a four-branch clinic group off the phone
Reception spent the morning answering booking calls. A patient portal moved routine bookings online without losing the control each branch needed over its own schedule.
Read MoreNordvel's storefront looked fine but leaked sales at the final step. Rebuilding the checkout around one page - and fixing what happened after the order - changed the numbers within a month.
Nordvel took orders through social media messages and a slow three-step checkout. Customers who reached the payment page frequently abandoned it, and every completed order still had to be re-typed into a packing spreadsheet by hand. The team could not say which products were actually in stock at either warehouse, so oversells were common and refunds ate into margin.
We reduced the checkout to a single page with saved addresses and local payment gateways, and moved stock to one shared view across both warehouses. Orders now write straight into the packing list the warehouse already used, and management gets a daily sales summary without asking anyone to prepare it.
Cart abandonment fell substantially in the first month and the order desk stopped re-typing orders entirely. With stock accurate across both locations, oversells and the refunds that followed became rare rather than routine.
