A customer-facing tracking portal wired into an existing dispatch system.
About this project
CargoLink's customers called the office for status updates, and each call took an operator away from dispatch. The tracking portal reads directly from the dispatch database, shows a live status timeline per consignment and sends milestone notifications, cutting status calls sharply within the first month.
