Online appointment booking and record access for a four-branch clinic group.
About this project
Appointments were booked by phone, which meant queues at reception and a receptionist tied to the desk. The portal lets patients book, reschedule and see their visit history, while each branch keeps its own schedule and staff permissions. Reception now handles exceptions rather than every single booking.
